I am an extremely efficient healer, teacher, and coach. I don’t want to waste either of our time. I have witnessed profound shifts with clients through the simple practices of ritual, touch, and listening, and I’m passionate about sharing these shifts with women leaders!

The Womb Temple awaits…

While every session is unique, here is a preview of what you can expect in your Grounded Vision session…

  • If meeting me in person at the temple, we begin with a ritual cleansing to prepare you for sacred space. If joining online, I guide you through it.

  • We will begin with setting intentions and calling on divine guidance from your ancestors, angels, guides, elements, and animal friends - anyone you work with or are open to working with and receiving guidance from.

  • We will ease into ceremony with oracle card pulls and a divination practice that could include ancestral journeying (I am not a medium. I believe we are all capable of contacting and having relationship with our Beloved Dead.)

  • If online, I will guide you in a fascia (connective tissue) release and nervous system regulation practices. If in person, I will support these shifts with hands-on healing (with your permission every step of the way).

  • I combine fascia healing and coaching so you can receive maximum clarity and insight from your own embodied wisdom.

  • After integrating the embodiment work, we will ease into a more traditional leadership coaching session, now grounded with the insight you’ve received.

  • We can pull in creative resources (drawing, singing, dancing) as you wish to co-create a loose plan for your 2024

  • Your 2024 guide will include any areas you desire to shift in the New Year - nothing is off the table. This can be a strategic plan for your business or an intention-setting document to guide your self-care. Or anything in between…

  • I have many worksheets and tools you can pull from if you desire.

  • We will close the 2-hour session with another ceremony, integrating everything you’ve received and sealing it with your commitments to yourself.

  • After 24 hours, you will receive my session notes with your 2024 plan, as well as any follow-up recommendations and resources. You can take as many notes as you wish throughout the session - or none. I will be taking notes throughout to share with you via email.
