Hey, there! I’m Ellen.
I have distilled over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs, artists, activists, CEOs, and world-changers into strategies that effect change from the inside-out. I help visionary leaders turn down the dial on their inner critic, heal from imposter syndrome, detox from internalized patriarchy and hustle culture, and stop burnout in its tracks. Through building skills such as sovereign communication, boundaries, negotiation, managing up, and strategic planning, I empower my clients to get in the driver’s seat of their lives to create the change they came here to make.
The Village Co-Op
A collective of healers, artists, & entrepreneurs creating global change through community healing.
We were never meant to do this alone.
🚀5-10 YEAR VISION:
Break ground on our co-operative healing and retreat center near Frederick, MD. This center will be both a space where healers and/or artists come together to co-own and co-run a facility on some wild acreage in the DC/Frederick area where we can see clients, run retreats, host events, and offer lodging. We see therapists and coaches offering outdoor sessions, while healers offer body work and other modalities, we host regular community events and open up our space freely to aligned groups for their gatherings. We see a commercial kitchen and plenty of hang out space for the community to come and be together in an intentional, healing setting. We see a community garden and plenty of land for camping and even small festivals.
💖FOR NOW:
We aren’t waiting to make The Village a reality. Community is abundant all around us. And now is the time to remember our collective belonging so we can heal in community and create real change. While we wait for the land and partners to emerge, we will be collaborating with fabulous friends to bring you healing in-person events, courses, coaching, and ceremonies focused on reweaving the village that has been lost.

✨️Women's rewilding retreats that heal the disconnection from nature, our bodies, and our sexuality
🪄COACHING + COURSES
Coaching and education to weave community organizing, compassionate nonviolent communication, boundary-setting, attachment, and relational sovereignty skills among our Village. Come and create the relationships you long for! In time, we hope to host skillshares and partner with teachers and guides leading the way in wildcrafting, homesteading, and other ancestral skills.

We would love to chat about holding you through a solo or communal rite of passage. Whether it's a union, death, birth, shower, birthday, naming ceremony, or a personal design to honor a break up, job shift, move, or ANYTHING at all - we’d love to see what magic we can create together. For a very limited time I (Ellen) am offering these completely free of charge to a few aligned clients in the Frederick area in exchange for their testimonial.
